GORGON is an experimental first-person dungeon crawler filled with monsters and mysteries alike. Travel the old ruined dungeons of The Maze, discover its secrets, and unravel the mystery hiding its escape. Put your caution to the wind as you learn how to adapt to and overcome the dozens of monsters lurking in the dark. Put your reflexes and knowledge to the test as you make your way to The Maze's exit, buried in its chambers of fake glory! Will you be the first explorer of thousands to finally reveal the secrets of the dungeon, or will you be the last to escape?
Gorgon is a very, very big and ambitious project, but one I am dedicating myself to this time around. My total plan is 15 to 20 floors, multiple endings, and plenty of random secrets to discover. Creating this has been a long time coming.
There's always that small chance it might die out and not get finished. But I think if I really try this time around, I can do it.
CANCELLED - Everyone who played it told me it was disorienting, confusing, and hard to learn. And it was nearly unplayable without headphones. I like my games to be properly accessible and playable in nearly any environment when possible, so this was just not enough to work with.
